Tony Rodriguez, REALTOR®
Epique Realty
Tulsa Home Report exists for one reason: homeowners in The Legends, Aberdeen Falls, The Brook at Stone Bluff, Addison Creek, and Eddington Place deserve honest, local market information — not sales pitches.

A local resource first, an agent second
Tony Rodriguez is a licensed REALTOR® with Epique Realty serving the Tulsa metro, with a deliberate focus on five communities: The Legends in the Bixby/South Tulsa corridor, the gated Aberdeen Falls and intimate Brook at Stone Bluff enclaves in Jenks, the master-planned Addison Creek community in Bixby, and Eddington Place in Jenks — the neighborhood Tony himself calls home.
Tony brings a perspective few agents can offer: for the past two years he has worked inside Epique Realty's national operations, currently in Operations Support working directly with one of the company's founders. Along the way he has served as Benefits Operations Manager, led broker onboarding, and acted as the company's HUD liaison — roles that mean he understands how transactions, compliance, and brokerages actually work from the inside, not just from the field.
That operational seat also connects Tony to a network of more than 3,500 Epique agents across the country. When a client is relocating to or from Tulsa — or needs a trusted agent in another market — Tony can make a direct, personal referral rather than a cold handoff. He serves clients in both English and Spanish.
Rather than covering the entire metro at surface level, Tony goes deep on four neighborhoods — tracking every sale, studying pricing patterns, and learning the housing stock street by street. That focus is what powers the monthly Tulsa Home Report: market snapshots, sold-home context, and practical ownership guides specific to each community's homes.
Whether you're years away from a move or thinking about selling this season, the goal is the same — give you accurate information so you can make good decisions about what is likely your largest asset. When you do need an agent, Tony hopes the usefulness of this work speaks for itself.
