Privacy Policy
Tulsa Home Report (the “Site”) is published by Tony Rodriguez, REALTOR®, affiliated with Epique Realty. This policy describes the information collected through the Site, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information collected
Depending on the form you use, the Site may collect the information you choose to provide: name or household name, email address, phone number, home or mailing address, selected neighborhood, contact-message content, market-report request details, and newsletter preferences.
If you choose to use the new-neighbor form, the Site may also collect an optional introduction, optional photo, publication permissions, optional birthday/anniversary month-and-day reminders, and optional resident-business information such as a business description, website, image, and publication permission. The Site does not collect children or family-composition information through new submissions.
If you choose to use the Community Desk, the Site may collect an event or lost-pet notice, an optional or required image, neighborhood, location information, public contact detail only when you elect to show it, and an email address for private follow-up. For lost-pet notices, the Site sends a private status-update link to the submitter.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to a request, deliver the newsletter or market information you requested, administer opted-in reminders, moderate community submissions, maintain a private relationship record for the consented purpose, and operate or improve the Site. The Site may use service providers that host the application, files, database, and email delivery solely to provide these functions.
Optional introductions, photos, business details, and community notices are not made public automatically. They require the applicable permission you selected and a separate review before publication. Public community notices are shown only in the selected neighborhood and may be removed, resolved, or archived when expired or no longer appropriate.
Fair Housing and sensitive information
The Site does not collect or use protected-class information for housing availability, services, pricing, eligibility, audience selection, or advertising. Do not submit protected-class information in a public introduction, business spotlight, community notice, or message. If such information is inadvertently submitted, it may be removed before publication.
Email choices
Newsletter and urgent lost-pet alerts are sent only when the relevant opt-in is selected. Recurring marketing emails include a preferences or unsubscribe link. You may also ask to stop email communications by contacting Tony Rodriguez at Tony@epiquerealty.com or 918-407-3740.
Retention, access, and deletion requests
The Site keeps information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, consent record, moderation history, legal/compliance obligations, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records. You may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of publication permission, or a copy of the information you submitted by contacting Tony Rodriguez at Tony@epiquerealty.com, 918-407-3740 (cell), or 888-893-3537 (office). A deletion request may be limited where records must be retained for legal, security, audit, or transaction purposes; the request will otherwise be handled within a reasonable time.
Sharing and security
The Site does not sell or rent personal information for third-party marketing. Information is shared only with the brokerage, authorized service providers, or others when necessary to provide the requested service, when you direct us to do so, or when required by law. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure; submit only information you are comfortable providing and contact us if you believe a submission should be removed.
Updates and contact
This policy may be updated when Site practices change. For questions, contact Tony Rodriguez, REALTOR®, at Tony@epiquerealty.com, 918-407-3740, or 888-893-3537. See also the Fair Housing Notice.
